Fire & Spice Tex-Mex Smokehouse

The staff was awesome: friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and cooked well. A healthy alternative. The prices are higher than I expected: about $30 for two to eat there. We have leftovers for another meal, but overall I do not think I'd go back again. We were disappointed with the food: we expected higher quality at that price.

I love this place! The food is delicious. Everything is fresh and obviously made in house. The staff is very friendly and so outgoing. The cocktails are fantastic, and I love that there's so much local beer. I brought my mom for mother's day brunch and she loved it too!

Love having a local Tex Mex place in South Huntsville. We were hooked on their food truck and couldn't have been more stoked when they opened a brick and mortar location so close to us. Great specials that at to their variety. Chicken and waffles is awesome, Russian roulette, etc.. support local!!!

Went to Fire and Spice for the first time tonight. Service was super fast, and staff were very friendly. Among our group we ordered tacos, a burrito, brisket plate, and pulled pork plate. Everything was very good and tasted fresh. Don't miss out on the cheesecake chimichanga! We plan to go back soon and try their brunch menu.

The flavors were there but serving warm food in a cold metal bowl therefore makes it colder. The food from the truck is definitely better temperature wise. They don't really have a true mild option for others that have issues with the spice, but the food over all is great and their cilantro salsa is WONDERFUL and not at all spicy. I could definitely find a cheaper texmex restaurant elsewhere and be hotter food temperature wise, but the food from the truck is definitely on point!
