Chincoteague Resort Vacations

They are awesome. I highly doubt the authenticity of the handful of negative reviews. I have used this company maybe a dozen times and it is always 100% great! The houses are always super clean and nice and they literally could not make the process easier for check in and check out. Always courteous, friendly, professional, and reliable. I go to Island Foods on the second day of my visit. That way you know what the house already has and what you need to pick up for your stay. Bring your own towels and sheets!

They ask you to download an app for your convenience and to check in through. The check in option is not available. On top of that it had no check in info so I had to Google the rental company just so I could find out how to check in and where the office was because there was no contact info provided to me. There were other app related issues like notifying me I could enter a drawing to win a 2016 vacation even though we are in the spring of 2018. There complete lack of management and oversight did not stop there. The ant problem in our rental was so bad food could only be stored in the fridge as soon as you placed anything on the counter or used the kitchen sink the ants came right for it. The cleaning service left dirty rags on the floor. We felt uncomfortable and oddly restricted in our rental due to strange home owner rules and survalence system that were not disclosed to us prior to rental. To top it all it took a month for them to return our large security deposit. Definitely will not use this company again. I hope they get things under control for future brave renters. Don't bother the downloading app it never did anything vaguely useful.

We had a great time on Chincoteague Island. Vast Views is where we stayed. The condo was very clean. Very spacious. Very nice views. Beds were very comfortable. Hot water never ran out. There was 8 of us staying there. Would definitely book this place again!
