Cinemark River Hills Movies 8

I loved the reclining chairs very comfortable and the trays make it so much easier to place popcorn and drinks vs putting your drink in beverage holder. The theater was pretty clean considering most theaters are somewhat usually messy with popcorn on floor. I liked being able to chose your seats via screen so you can visually see what seats and where you would be sitting based on availability. To be able to actually see what seats would be available helped me decide which movie I was going to see. I didn't want to go to a movie and have separate seating from my date due to available seats. Overall I had a great experience and definitely recommend this theater.

I went to see A Quiet Place here. The theater was mostly clean, the staff was nice and the treats I had were okay. Overall a mediocre experience for the high price of tickets and concessions. I'd rather pay the same price and go to an AMC up in the cities. A Quiet Place however earns 5 stars. 10/10, a truly wonderful film.

Good theater. However when ever I go it always seems as though the concessions are always under staffed. I understand when a major movie is just released but on a day with not a lot of people having to wait 20 minutes before I can order is ridiculous. Additionally, one time I waited forever in line I went up and ordered pretzel bites. I wasn’t told until after I payed that I’d have to wait 5-10 minutes before they would be ready. I would not off ordered them if I knew I had to wait longer. I almost asked them to refund my money and cancel my order so I wouldn’t be late for the movie but I didn’t even know if that was possible and didn’t want to overwhelm the already unstaffed employees.

Great place. Love the reclining Seats. Stadium style as well. Little steep on price. But still nice snack choices and slushies. It works

This is a Mankato stand by. Whether you remember dollar matinees or are new to the area you can't go wrong with Movies 8. The have updated all their theaters to have luxurious recling chairs. It's a great place to see a movie!
