I have no complaints, I have bought two mobile homes from Coach Coral, one double and one triple. They were very professional and treated us fairly. I would and probably will use them again, because I know I can trust them.

I cannot get anyone to call me back- I spoke with Doug and gave him my info and tried to set an appointment. He told me to email him the properties I was interested in and that we would discuss at our appointment, but he would not commit to the appointment. I have reached out to him multiple times with no response. I then left a message for another salesman, Phil... no response! We are already preapproved! This is the second Fleetwood dealer we have tried to work with. I’m thinking this is a sign...

We read all of the reviews before heading over to coach corral but decided to give them a chance. Went in and did a tour of the homes on site and found one we liked. Went into the office the first person to help me was Doug. He talked a good talk. Typical car salesman really. He asked me to email him our MLS# of the property we were interested in and that was the last response we got from him via email or phone. My husband and I met with him twice, the second time he told us he wanted a copy of two bids we received for prepping the property for a manufactured home and building a garage. He told us he could beat the bid by about 20k. I dropped off the bids on a Friday, he told me he would get back to us by the beginning of the next week. Well as you can guess a week went by, I sent two emails and left two messages with no response. I then decided to call again and talked to Wayde. Wayde told me my complaint was common in regards to Doug and Doug did not have good communication skills and that is not what doing business is about. Wayde then told me how he took communication classes in college and promised me that he would do better than Doug. He told me he would talk to the boss who I believe he said was his father and he promised me a call back that day. Well as you can guess a another week has gone by with no call back!! Funny thing is, when I dropped off my bids I asked Doug and another coworker about the bad reviews, they told me they were all false. Well no they are not. Customer service is horrible. I will call KIT homes and ask where else we can purchase one and let them know how they are being represented. If you can't get help purchasing a home, imagine the problem you will have after the home is done and you need help with a repair?? Totally disappointed!!

Just a poorly run company. I too read all these bad reviews and was hoping they weren't accurate. Well folks, they are indeed true and accurate. Unfortunately for all the "family owned" businesses out there, these guys are making you look bad. Family owned should mean...awesome and personable customer service, up front pricing and honest dealings and simply trust-worthy. That's is certainly not the case here. It took 3 emails and a drop-in visit just to get the sales guy to get back to me. I even CC'd the owner on my 3rd emailing begging for someone to get back to me...and I never heard a peep from the owner. After a 2nd trip there to get an idea of what a customized park model would cost....I never heard back from the sales guy Ron. After 3 weeks I emailed him and he finally got back to me apologizing for forgetting. Wow, if you can't get a sales guys attention when your wallets open....what would it be like after they have your money!!!! The quote then came in about 10% higher than the pricing he gave us in person. Almost everything went up in the few weeks after the visit. Felt like a bait & switch routine. I emailed the owner again to share my experience and no surprise....never heard from him. STAY AWAY! I'll be heading down to Park Models direct in Oregon to make my (tax-free) purchase.
