Poulsbo RV

I bought a brand new travel trailer from Poulsbo RV in 2014 and the sales and financing team were wonderful to work with, then in 2018 the trailer developed a soft spot in the floor. I went in and talked with Scott T and he got my trailer in for repairs right way and it was a great experience. They had to replace the floor and I was able to pick the new carpet and linoleum and they did a great job!! It went to them late February and, despite the size of the repair job, I had it back the first week of May and we were able to go camping for Mother's Day weekend. Craig and the whole service staff were really great to deal with. We had a "not-so-simple" issue with our 2011 Tiffin Allegro RED, and I'm glad we chose to bring it here. Continuous and thorough communication on their behalf made the whole process better than we expected and we now have it all fixed up and ready for the next trip. I felt like they are very honest and straightforward to deal with, always made sure my questions were answered completely, and made me feel very welcome.

Thanks to the friendly sales staff we were able to quickly decide between several vehicles we'd seen online and narrowed our choices down. The sale itself was fast and low pressure. We were able to take delivery of a new RV within a week. Checkout and learning about the equipment was helpful and fun.

We love Poulsbo RV! Sot, Lorenzo, and Tony took such good care of us, made us feel special and we ended up with the perfect RV for us. Lots of perks came with our purchase including a $100 gift certificate to spend on needed camping items. Everyone was courteous and professional. We definitely recommend Poulsbo RV and will return someday when we're ready to upgrade again. Janet and Larry

Everyone at Poulsbo was professional, courteous and forthright. From Chase and Jeremy in sales, to Jeff in finance, Tina and maintenance and Dave in customer support (I forget his actual title), they were very easy to work with. Also, support staff of Samantha at the reception desk and Chris in parts. They worked hard to please us, their customer, and they certainly succeeded
