Detray's LLC

The house itself is pretty good, no major complaints. But dealing with Detray was a giant pain, once they have your money the service drops to nothing. Not only did the house end up months later than what they told me, which may have been on the manufacturing side, but options on the house that not only did they say I could get but also had me pay for were never put in. Trying to get them to fix problems or add what was already paid for was pointless. Calls went unanswered and messages were never returned, and when I was finally able to get a hold of them rather than them taking care of me as a customer they tell me I need to call the manufacturer myself. After all of the hassle it took over a year before they refunded the price of the options they did not put in. I would not suggest anyone to deal with them.

I will update my stars once I see ANY results! I have not heard from them since we put our down payment on March 11th contract with all upgrades!!
