They have great homes...but didn't like to give you much in the way of costs

They are very friendly and helpful, and they have tons of models on site to look at and choose from.

Called to gather some information regarding their products. 1st all the associates were busy, 2nd the lady would not give me any information unless I "set up a meeting to come in, (which i was willing to do if I could just ask a few questions to verify that their products was what i was looming for). She would not answer a single question and kept insisting that manufactured homes and modular homes are the EXACT same thing. Which they are not. She also claimed she could sell me a modular home for 50.00$ a Sq Ft. When I asked for follow up on that claim, she immediately said she could not answer any questions until I came in. Classic misinformation, misdirection, all at the time, and expense of the customer. Do yourself a favor, do not waste your time as I did. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!
