UPDATE: 13 MONTHS AND COUNTING
Our home has been completed since the second week of February. We STILL are not in our home, it is not even on site. It is sitting in storage somewhere, and the site prep company has not even been out to start work in the home site. They also didn’t apply for permits until January 16th 2018!!! Even though we were told permits would be in hand “long before the home is completed at the factory”. Everyone we’ve had to deal with at homes direct AND site services are rude and treat us like an inconvenience, instead of customers that are spending HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS with them. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!!!!
Horrible place to do business with. Nothing but problems, our house has been on order since September 12 2017. The house STILL has not been built, even though the website says the whole process will take 4-6 months start to finish. We are in the 10th month dealing with this place and they are the absolute worst. They don’t do what they say they will. Communication with them is non existent and now they are claiming we didn’t tell them we wanted an upgrade that we did discuss on multiple occasions with the sales person, and I watched him write it down in our file! Now they are blaming us for THEIR delays and trying to cancel our home order, knowing that our old home has already been demolished. Do not use this business.

Worst decision I made using these people. Had issues from the start and now having more. Can not get anyone to call me back on getting warranty stuff fixed. Half of my house has no heat and it insulation got filled with water due to a water leak. They fixed the water leak but will not respond to get the insulation fixed or the heat fixed. Do not use these people.

I have never written a review on here before, but felt I needed to warn others of this place. The general manager is not customer oriented and does not respond to emails, or calls. I would have to email him several times to get a response, and it would take him months to respond. When I first went into this establishment, I really liked it. Gerard was very friendly and they made the process easy for me. After a few months though, John(general manager) stopped responding to my emails and calls altogether. I have yet to be refunded for the money I put down.

I wouldn't even give one star but we liked one home so there ya have it. Horrible general manager. Wont respond to phone calls, emails or text messages. Had waited 3 weeks to get the construction company out to our place but after not being told they lost my paperwork on their desks and that the co could come out on a day and time that they were told wouldn't work out for us we decided to go elsewhere to find a company who actually cared about this process.
Then asked for our refund , which I was told would be a week is now 3 weeks later AND he still will not respond to my emails, calls and texts to let me know if our refund is available. Which we were told would be around the 15th of this month. Poor customer service, horrible communication.
We are infuriated!!!
Will NOT recommend!!!

It's evident staff wasn't too interested in making a sale today. Customer service skills lacking - improperly greeted from a back office - never left the chair... I was prepared to purchase home today after extensive mobile/manufactured home research. I'll go somewhere else.
