Bought my houses from Chehalis 8 years ago. Went in the other day to ask about an issue I was having. He was rude and condescending and refused to help me. On another note I noticed that all of the 5 star reviews on here are their employees. Guess it is the only way they can get over one star.

Guy was very rude. Didn't want to answer questions because "they were closing soon". They had 30 minutes. Definitely will be going somewhere else.

The company is RUDE. I am a first time home buyer and was seeking information over the phone on a couple different homes they have. He told me i'm only allowed to inquire on two over the phone and would need to drive there for any other information because he won't be answering any more questions for me. I live over 5 hours from them, and explained that i'd like to have a home of interest to view if I was going to be making that kind of trip one-way. Glad to say I will be taking my business somewhere else; WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

I brought my client here because of the quality of selection and the owners integrity. Worth driving to from Kitsap, and the added bonus, is the Buffet at the nearby Little Creek Casino, just north of there.
