UPDATE 11/16/2017: Nothing but excuses coming from this company. The man that sits in the front is nothing but attitude and rude every time I speak with him. We were first told house would be done end of September (12 weeks), we then got pushed out a week. No word from anyone and find out its pushed out to the end of November. It is now close to the end of November and I speak with the contractor that is with their company and he states the house is NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING DONE. No word from the company about this...I hear it from someone else. This company has been the biggest joke. I agreed with changing my review once we received the house and everything was good to go. Everyone I speak to about this company states the same thing. They are nothing but a untruthful scam. We are now hiring an attorney. Our poor grandmother has been in and out of the hospital now with blood pressure issues arising from dealing with this company. She has attempted to get answers and all she gets in excuses as well. When you pay over 100k cash...you expect a little priority. AUG REVIEW--Complete misrepresentation. Bought our house cash. Come back to find out what we were told was included was not. Blamed it on the fact that the employee was new and it was his first sale....then why was there not someone overseeing what he was doing? Over 100k...could be ending in court. Wouldn't trust anything they have to say.

Bought a home from them, never got calls returned, never got an estimated closing statement no matter how many times I asked , always a confused attitude luke why would you want anything like that. As a topper never was refunded 5,000 of over payment . Hopefully they go out of business soon.

Horrible company. Never admits blame in anything. Never took notes while the order was being taken.(You know to get the order correct) Now we have a multi piece tub and shower in both baths instead of one piece units. Problems throughout the order process. Lied about the home build time and said 10 to 12 weeks. The end result is 8 months and if you count all the time in prep before hand when they should have been hammering out all the details,13 months in all. Pathetic customer service. NEVER AGAIN with these guys.

Worst company in the history of earth. Paid for deposit in June. Was told the build would take about 12 weeks. So about 3 months. Hardly any comunication until about Aug, at which time they JUST started to put in permits. 1 month later when house should have been arriving found out there is another permit/inspection that just got filled that takes 2-3 months to complete. Which in that time the appraisal for the property will expire and need to be redone. This company is a joke and does not know how to coordinate and get things done in a timely manner. I am just praying that house is correct if it ever arrives. This process with Imperial is HELL! Do not ever get a house from them.

Very discourteous service. The person helping us made us feel like we were wasting his time. He didn't give any helpful answers to our questions either. There are way better places like NW Green Homes and The Housing Mart Inc.
