When I was helping a family member choose a dealer, these folks seemed honest. Maybe not perfect but basically honest. They seemed to know what they were talking about and were nice to talk to not rude or pushy.

What a nightmare. I feel naive knowing now they were only ever out to make a sale. Our home was delayed and delayed and delayed again and again. So many promised dates, just don't give a date unless you can make it happen. Don't dodge calls and lie about calling people back. We owed more than we should have in fees because of their negligence and almost didn't get our home. We were more than disappointed. We do like our house but there are few things that were promised and not followed through with. Please save yourself the massive headache and do more research and don't choose them.

Great place to tour model homes at your leisure without a high pressure sales guy. On that same token, don't expect alot of attention if your not a serious buyer with land/lot already locked down

My husband and I had been out to look at what they had on their lot and loved one of the models. We talked to a gentleman there who was the main guy(very nice) and he gave us a name and number of another person(finance and realtor) that could get us started and we got this info over a year ago and still have not heard back and here we still sit with no manufactured home and or land. So we have continued to look elsewhere and got another realtor. As much as we would like on of these we need some help with closing costs and DP. Also, we have no land to put it on. So I think that is why we never got a call back. :( :( But we will never know because we left not knowing how the process works, where to start if there any programs that could help with the closing costs and DP. so we basically left with floor plans and still knowing no more than when we walked in to get help. Made my husband and I feel like we weren't good enough because we need help with those 2 things. So sad because we really wanted one of these. Thanks
