Colonial’s quality never ceases to amaze me and their customer service is top-notch. Kimberly was fantastic and I wouldn’t think of ever shopping at another jeweler because of the unbelievable service I get, every time I shop there. When Kimberly called to say my wife’s necklace was ready, she was as excited for me to see it as I was. She is happy to take as much time as is needed to help me find the right piece for the occasion and gives great insight on design and listens when I have concerns or questions. A truly wonderful experience, EVERY experience. Thank you to the entire Colonial Jewelers family, but a special thank you to Kimberly!

My husband and I had gone to Colonial Jewelers back in February to look for new wedding rings. We met with Kim who was wonderful. She was able to streamline us to exactly what we were looking for! With all the beautiful jewelry there it's easy to be overwhelmed! She was polite but just as excited as we were to help us fine what we wanted. We picked beautiful rings and felt confident we made the right choice. Kim is definitely dedicated to her customers to do the right thing for them! We got our rings a few weeks later and just LOVE THEM! in the future we will be buying any jewelry at Colonial Jewlers and definitely working with Kim! Thanks Kim! I love my rings!

Colonial Jewelers has been an absolute pleasure to work with! Sarena worked with my fiance and I to design a custom wedding band set that fits with my custom engagement ring that was also designed by Colonial Jewelers. She answered all of my emails promptly and thoroughly and even let us know when the next big sale day was so we could get a discount on our wedding band set! I would highly recommend going to Colonial Jewelers for engagement rings and wedding bands, especially if you are looking for a custom design! They work with you throughout the whole process to make sure you get exactly what you want!
