As usual, I always receive the most professional, friendly and knowledgeable service. I had a difficult time making a decision and she was helpful and patient with me. After the purchase, I changed my mind on one piece and she happily did an exchange for me. She even introduced me to a new line of jewelry they are now carrying. I have been a customer of Carson’s since the 1960/70s and will continue due to their quality merchandise and terrific staff!

Went in to price an engagement ring from SimonG. Though it wasn't available at the time, Courtney got it in a day ahead of time, ran me through the process of evaluating loose diamonds, and let me go home to roll it over without pushing for a sale. This made my decision easier to digest and the whole situation less stressful thanks to Courtney and the associates at Bruce Carson Jewelers. You'll appreciate the hospitality, trust me.

The sales lady, was absolutely wonderful! She had my item on hold, and was very helpful! She even helped me create a wish list, that I didn't even know you could do! Wonderful experience, and I will be going back!
