First Class! Mr. Antony has the rare combination of art and craft skills. My wife wanted to make her existing diamond into the centerpiece of a new ring. Mr. Antony guided us through the multi-step design process and always fully explained the impact of all of the options we had, including price. We never felt pressured, only guided. He encouraged us to go to other jewelry stores to see other designs, a bold move I think. But the other stores wanted us to put the stone in a setting they already had rather than creating the design we wanted. He encouraged us to browse the internet to see other design features we might want to incorporate, which helped us zero in on the precise details we wanted. He was always patient in answering our questions, fully explaining things to us. The finished product is an exquisite, one of a kind custom ring. He was on schedule throughout the process. And speaking of price, it was reasonable and fair. You could probably find someone cheaper, but you will never find anyone better. And we liked them so much, I bought my ring there, too!

BEWARE! Fraud! Is it possible to give them a -5!? Brought in 5 pieces of jewelry for repair/alteration and NOTHING was right upon return. Was told by Antony himself that he would personally do my repairs and alterations. Not only did he not do it, but his son did a HORRIBLE and careless job! I spent over an hour there trying to have things fixed “on the spot” and left there completely unhappy and feeling 100% RIPPED OFF. They are very nice prior to taking your money and will promise you things that they won’t do then come up with an excuse as to why it couldn’t be done as promised. As a jeweler, you should know what is and is not feasible. Unprofessional is not even the word! Screaming in the back room and slamming doors, while he is in the back attempting to fix his sons incompetent work on my grandmothers precious jewelry. After trying to resolve my concerns via email and not getting any communication response, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. My dispute was granted and I am being refunded the full amount of over $300. Got 3 of my 5 pieces fixed for $20 elsewhere. Not sure how they sleep at night.

Antony and his wife provided an absolutely amazing experience purchasing an engagement ring. He provided a personal touch, taking the time to sit with us and find out about us and what we would like. We were offered an incredible array of options to look at, but ended up with the first ring he showed us. He provided an excellent overview of how to select a center stone, encouraging us to look elsewhere before purchasing to make sure we fond the best stone and price for us. The result was an unbelievable success. We enjoyed every minute of the process, ended up with a beautiful ring, and a better price than we could find elsewhere. I ended up taking my daughter in to find a necklace for her after my experience. While the cost of the necklace was trivial compared to the engagement ring, he provided my daughter with the same level of attention and service. Antony designs truly beautiful jewelry and provides an unparalled level of customer service. I will be bringing my future business to him and would not hesitate to refer others to him. The best customer service bar far. Also, the quality of the work is incredible. Antony custom designed a one of a kind engagement ring for me and ensured I was heavily involved during every step and was more than willing to make any changes I had. It only took about a week for him to complete the entire process and delivery the perfect engagement ring. Great atmosphere and people to work with.

I have learned today that this store is not where you want to spend your money. The man who runs the store is racist. He is judgemental and ignorant. We have been talking to his wife about custom engagement ring and wedding rings for a couple months. My boyfriend finally drew the ring he wanted for me and was trying to talk to them about making it and the Owner of the store stated he didn't not have time for government people like him and asked him to leave the store. Sorry Anthony but because a man wears a Nike sweat suit and skull cap on his day off does not mean he is a government man. You have no right to belittle someone who was excited to create a custom ring for the woman he loves and now after your ignorant comments feels like he wasted his time. Thank you Anthony for hurting the man I love and for stopping one of the happiest days of my life when he asks me to marry him with the ring he created from his heart. You sir are a horrible person and deserved no ones business.
