Littman Jewelers

Took my working watch there for a clean up service. When the estimate finally came back two weeks later, it was much too high ($520) for my liking and I asked for it back. It took 5 more days before the watch was brought back to the store where I could pick it up, and to top it all off, the watch was no longer working. They mansplained it to me that every time a watch is opened, whether previously working or not, it stops working! Not going back there again!

Took my Grandfather’s Breitling watch to get fixed and when the job was done, I couldn’t believe that they could fix it. Fantastic job and totally recommend!

Best watch repair services you can get in the mall. Took my Omega watch to get repaired and it came back looking good as new. Highly recommend!

I sent my Tag Heuer Monaco watch to get repaired at Tag service center but the estimate was too high and was going to take too long so my friend recommended me to take my watch to inhouse certified watchmaker in Littman's Columbia. They have best customer service and they charge me way less money and finish my watch in 2 weeks and watch came back looks like NEW again.Totaly recommend this place for watch repairs

Unfortunately I did not check Google Reviews before using Littman. My watch (Tag) has been undergoing repairs for 6 months. They botched the overhaul and the watch leaked causing internal damage. The manager was rude in my conversations with him about my dissatisfaction. They seem over there heads as far a repairing watches and just can't seem to get customer service is about service. I have called Tag as it is a poor reflection on there brand. I would suggest no one engage these people for a repair
