Our relationship with Reeds had a bit of a rocky start. The person we spoke with originally (who to my knowledge is no longer working at Reeds for some unrelated reasons) replaced a battery in a smart watch for us. We expected that after having the battery replaced the watch would still be water resistant. This turned out not to be the case (possibly as a result of the way the battery was replaced) and we began having some problems with the watch. A repair attempt was made, but after a short period of time the watch stopped working again. This was a very busy time for us so several months passed by before we reported this to Reeds When we came back months later we explained the situation and they offered to attempt to repair the watch a second time. After a week or two we were informed that parts for the watch were not available so a repair attempt could not be made. Since a repair attempt could not be made we were given the value of the watch. The fact that we received anything at all for a watch we didn't buy at Reeds speaks volumes. I wouldn't be surprised if many other places would refuse to help at all after the few months that passed by, but Reeds stood behind their work and made everything right for us. Mistakes can happen no matter where you go. I was so very pleased with the way Reeds handled this situation.

Arielle Robert and Barbara are so friendly. They are all about making sure the customer is happy. I have been back a few times due to my little fingers, and they are more then happy to make sure the ring looks and fits the way it should. Thank you and see you Wednesday!

My experience was amazing. Barb and her staff were extremely accommodating and flexible. Barb listened to exactly what I was looking for while shopping for an engagement ring for my new beautiful fiancé. She was accessible, responsive and so determined to ensure I found what I needed for that special day. Thanks you Barb and Reeds for helping us make our memory that will last forever.

I went into this store just to get a watch battery. I was helped by an associate named Barb. In short, she told me all about various products she sells in this store and offered me the opportunity to establish credit. I was unaware that Reed's was a family owned business based out of North Carolina. Barb made my visit very interesting and the next time I am ready to purchase, I will certainly go see Barb again.

Thank you Barbara Hayes-Michenfelder for helping my husband Lynn surprise me for our 33rd Wedding Anniversary on June 23rd. It was a spectacular day ! I loved how you meticulously had my ring, cards, and wedding decorations placed in the display window in front of the store. It was simply gorgeous!
