DO not take jewelry here to get repaired or sized! Very bad work. The people are nice and all but their goldsmith is extremely lacking. I took a ring that I bought at a fine jeweler in Bethlehem, Israel to be sized 1/2 size down and after 2 attempts they still did not get it right. I have to take my ring to another jeweler to fix the mess they made of my ring. They told me it was superb work, yet i can see the lumps and cut with my naked eye. The kept trying to insist it was fixed properly. I have never had such shoddy work done to my jewelry before. I did not expect this from a so called reputable jeweler. The owner even called me and argued with me about the quality of the work. I was left with a bent and lumpy ring that was in perfect condition before they hacked on it.

Have been using Sergio's jewelers for over 30 years. Whether to purchase new items, estate items, or for a repair the service is exceptional. We have on occasion purchased from others but always come back to Sergio for the quality and service.

Sergio's is the best! I recently bought an engagement ring from Sergio's and I couldn't be happier. Sergio guided me through the entire process and helped me choose the perfect ring for my now fiancée. It never once felt like I was being sold (which was not the case at other jewelers...). I'd highly recommend Sergio's to anyone looking for great customer service and beautiful, quality jewelry.

No words can convey the sense of gratitude I personally have toward Sergio's Jewelers. On many occasions, either for a watch battery or for an extra link on a bracelet to be removed, Sergio's personnel never took a penny for such a service. Stores like this deserve our attention and support; therefore, please let us remember them as we come close to our holidays celebration by purchasing our gifts or by visiting them.
