Excellent experience here and Paul Barnes was extremely helpful. Went into the store one night looking for a new Rolex and Paul took the time to show me everything they had and even showed me some pieces from the vault that he thought I might like. I decided to wait and Paul was completely understanding and just wanted to know how he could help. Service was so good I came back the very next day and purchased one of the Rolex models I saw the night before. The transaction was fast, smooth, and extremely professional. Watch came with every piece and I had my appraisal certificate (for insurance purposes) in my inbox before I even got home. Excellent service and Paul has definitely earned my future business.

Erik and Chris were so easy to deal with. Erik has a stellar reputation on watch forums and I had no qualms in making an international purchase from him. Erik had a rare piece I was looking for and he was very responsive, courteous and professional in all our communications. We concluded the purchase very quickly and it was shipped to me promptly and packaged perfectly. I can’t have asked for anything more. I hope to deal with them again in the future.

What great service! I was not a customer of Radcliffe's, but needed my Rolex watch repaired. Leana and Grace treated me like a long-time customer.
When the repair was not exactly as I wanted it, Grace called Rolex and found out it could be corrected. She called me back exactly when she said she would. She again shipped the watch back to Rolex, all at Radcliffe's expense. The watch is now perfect.
This is what real service is all about! I am now a Radcliffe customer!

Erik at Radcliffe Jewelers was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He happened to have a watch that I had been looking for and offered it to me at a great price. He shipped the watch to me lightening fast, packed the watch quite carefully, and he now has another happy customer! I would recommend Radcliffe Jewelers to any looking for a great customer experience!

I initially visited the store 4-6 weeks ago because I wanted to replace a number of John Hardy pieces that were stolen. I didn't expect to engage with the store or staff in the future because its location is very inconvenient to where I live. However, after partnering since that first day with Kristen Sweeny and her management team to work through a few challenges, that mindset has completely changed, and although there is a very high end jeweler within blocks of where I live I plan on doing all of my major business with Kristen and Radcliffe. Kristen is as professional as she is friendly, and a pleasure to partner with. Her management team has given me a great amount of support, which I was surprised about given I was a new customer, with whom they had no idea as to whether that investment could or would ever be reciprocated. I look forward to a long, happy relationship with Kristen and Radcliffe!!! Many thanks and see you soon!!
