Top Notch business!! (Timonium location) A great overall experience. The management team really goes the extra mile to make sure every aspect of excellent customer service is covered. A really great sales team as well!! Never any pressure and they will spend the time with you that it takes to get the perfect piece that your looking for. Plus who doesn't like fresh baked cookies and good selection of beverages while you shop!! Smyth family you earned the 5 stars!!

Service is always very good at Smyth. However, yesterday was exceptional. Chris offered to help me. I told him I was looking for a First Communion gift and birthday gift for my 8 year old niece who had just lost her mother (my sister). I wanted the perfect gift for my niece and was hoping to get something that would honor her mother also. Chris was knowledgeable about everything I was considering and really went out of his way to help me select that perfect gift. He was beyond patient and allowed me all the time I needed. I had a very pleasant experience while shopping at Smyth on 4/30/18. I was assisted by Carol P.errilli who was knowledgeable, personable, and patient. She helped me choose various gift items, and even provided suggestions on how to use different items. I never felt rushed while choosing my purchases. Everyone should have an employee like Carol - so helpful and kind! I also think that Smyth Jewelers has wonderful deals on many unique Maryland gift items. I am a loyal customer!

I had a jewelry repair that I needed. Lilly was reassuring and knowledgeable. I had to leave my ring for a few days. The repair was done perfectly and on the day they promised! So grateful Lilly was there to help me! She’s the best!

Use you a lot. Have never had a case when I felt overcharged. 46 dollars to take out a few beads from each side of an agate necklace? Not even any knots between the beads! Crazy. Asked about another alteration for something else and equally overpriced...did not leave it...will find another option.
