Left my watch to have the batteries replaced. When I came to pick it up, the lady said that someone before her had scratched the back of the watch and the wrist band, and told me to always take it to a professional. I had however taken pictures of my watch in the morning, which showed it unscathed. Then she argued that it is a very difficult watch, which is why she charged $29.95. I said that that would be okay if she had done a good job, but after scratching a $1200 watch and trying to blame it on someone else, I wasn't going to pay that price. She made a comment that it's interesting that I take a picture of the watch before bringing it in. I'm glad I did!
