I came here just thinking "Oh, just another regular old jewelry store, it might not be anything or any help" but these two woman Carla and Mareez showed me that this is the best jewelry store to ever come to. The prices are reasonable and they customer care is so wonderful. This is the place to be! These two people here are the best and this store is amazing! Come here ASAP this is the place to go.

Visited Reeds today and found the staff to provide the best service that I have had in any commercial establishment. I spoke to Carla on the phone before coming and the gave me the empatance to come into the store and I was so glad she did because I was able to meet all of the other outstanding staffers. I want to thank Keith for the amazing customer service. My fiance is over the moon with her ring. Keith went above and beyond to find her the perfect diamonds for the style of ring she loved. To see her face light up was a priceless experience. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. However, Keith has won Reed's a customer for life. Thank you again!

I keep seeing reviews here for Michelle and there’s a reason. She’s wonderful. I’ve been looking for an enhanced for almost a year and she was extraordinarily helpful in figuring out what went well with my engagement ring. The stone sits a bit funny so finding something that goes well with it has been an ordeal. Michelle was patient and listened to what I was looking for. If you’re looking for excellent customer service ask for Michelle.
