Excellent customer service! Replaced my watch battery while I waited and the customer service was fabulous!

I brought 2 rings in to habe them repaired. One of them snapped the 1st day i wore it. O didn't have an issue with that, I figured i would bring it back to have it fixed. When i did, i was accused of lying about this ring being repaired at this store. He tried to tell me he didn't see the spot where it was repaired and that he didn't remember the ring. I explained that i had brought it in with the other one and even mentioned details about that day. I even had my receipt. He treated me like a thief and acted as though i was trying to swindle him. I am extremely disappointed and will not bring any more jewelry here.

I have been to CJ's in the Annapolis Mall for two separate jobs. They are conveniently located, trustworthy and reasonable. I had broken the stone out of my Grandmother's ring. They fixed the ring while I waited at 2/3 the cost of estimates I got at Jared's, then offered to resize it for free! Those big retailers would never do that.
