This place is by far the best jewelry store I have ever been to. Besides the exquisite jewelry, the staff, especially Chris, is so genuine and are not too forceful with purchasing their jewelry. My fiancé and I visited this store to pick out an engagement ring and Chris helped us create a beautiful custom ring, offering suggestions along the way, but not being too pushy. That can be very hard to find, especially in the expensive jewelry arena. We were so happy with our purchase that we returned a year and a half later to pick out a wedding band. Exceptional service and high quality jewelry, what more could you ask for.

I took 2 watches in for repair. The 1st watch was a Movado. I had taken this watch to a mom and pop jeweler to get the battery changed. When I returned home, I could not set the time or date and the crown would just screw out of the watch. The jeweler here informed me that the mom and pop store had also put in the incorrect battery. They installed the correct battery, were able to fix the crown to where the date and time could be properly. The second watch was brand new and I needed 3 links removed for proper sizing. Total time in store...10 minutes. Very satisfied with service and watch repair fees.

The hours are a bit short for working people. I mean, closed Friday and Saturday evening during holiday shopping season? Otherwise, very nice store.
