Fast-Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs

Returning to "Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repair" 30 minutes after leaving my watch to have the battery replaced, I was presently surprise when I was told that there was no charge. "Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repair" told me that they had installed the failed battery 4 years ago and it was one guaranteed to last at least 5 years and since it did not, the new battery and its replacement are free. I strongly recommend "Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repair" in Annapolis Mall to anyone in need of jewelry or watch repair. What is really nice is that you do not have to keep track of when the repair was done. They do that. In my case, I did not remember that I had gotten the fail battery from them. They do excellent work and guarantee it. They will be my jewelry and watch repair for future repairs and I recommend them to you.

I thought I would have to get a new watch, however the technician was able to fix the issue and my Michael Kohrs watch is as good as new! Great service, and great price!

I have been a long time customer of Fast-Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs at this location. Today I went in to have a Quartz Battery replaced for my watch under my warranty and wanted to buy a new watchband. The service representative showed me a variety of choices and told me he would change the battery and replace the band within 20 minutes. When I picked up my watch I received a discount and the watch face had been cleaned. Very good customer service, here.

I have always trusted Fast Fix with my watch and jewelry repairs. The proprietor is capable, knowledgeable, and above all, honest. He does excellent work. He also carries some beautiful pieces of estate jewelry. Can't wait to go back and check it out!
