CJ Watch & Jewelry Repair In Columbia

Very aggressive, unprofessional and racist owner. The owner (don’t know if he’s the owner, Asian, middle age) is an absolutely jerk and a pain in the ass. Now I’m a Chinese, when I went there to get my watch repaired, he told me he wanted to check it and give me an estimation, and it will take him 20 min. So I left the place and came back 20 min later. Then he told me the estimated price is 159 dollars, and he just started to trying to get my information without even asking me if I want to do it or not. And the following is why I’m giving this place a 1 star. I told him it might be a little expensive for me and I might have to think about it, he apparently didn’t like the answer so he just decided to be a jerk and said “no matter where you go, you’ll get the same price” Me: “I really need to think about it, the watch is only worth 1500 and I have already spend quite some money to fix it” Him: “well some peoples watch worth only 80 and they spend 70 to fix it” Then he just became a full blow jerk. Me: “I’m gonna think about it” Him: “what did you say?” Me: “I’m gonna think about it” Him: “what did you say?” Me: “I’m gonna think about it” Him: “what did you say?” Me: “I’m gonna think about it” Him: “what did you say?” This “conversation” was going back and forth until another customer said “he said he needs to think about it”. So because he thought he couldn’t get my business so he just wanted to attack my self esteem by being mean. This is why I’m giving it a 1 star even if I wish I could give it an 0. And I’m gonna post this review on every website.

Went in for a watch battery and to have a necklace chain untangled. Price was great, service was perfect and fast. Exactly what I was hoping for.

Brought Swiss Army watch to have battery replaced. Took only 10 minutes and charged a reasonable $15 . They were very pleasant and welcoming. Would go back again
