Every time I've ever gone to Reeds I leave happy. They really know how to help their customers and you can tell they genuinely want to. They make sure you don't leave without full satisfaction or at least have a good idea for what you may want in the near future. Reeds is awesome!!!

Excellent service! Very friendly and amazing workers (especially Crystalyn, with whom I've gotten a necklace) who are very knowledgeable of their merchandise, and are happy to help the customers with anything and everything. This is all in addition to their stellar selection and great prices. There's no other place I'd ever buy jewelry from!

The customer service is amazing. They were super helpful, informative, and overall had a genuine vibe. You can tell the employees actually have passion for jewelry and all the lines they carry. Engagement rings aren’t cheap and it’s definitely an investment so it can be stressful, they provided my fiancé with everything he needed to choose the perfect ring for me. I love it. I LOVE THIS SPECIFIC STORE. I’ll never go anywhere else for my jewelry.

I have been going to Reeds at FSK mall for years. The staff here is pleasant, friendly, and extremely helpful. From finding the perfect jewelry for my loved ones to answering some of my questions, they always have what I'm looking for. I would highly recommend anyone looking for fine jewelry to go to Reeds. If they don't have what you're looking for in store they can order it. That's how I got my limited edition Citizen watch 5 years ago and I'm still wearing it.

I know its weird to leave a good review when you didnt buy anything, but these folks are super nice! I was looking for a specific citizen watch, and they were super awesome about helping me look for it (and offered to order it, which none of the other jewelers did!). Now that I have pricing, I will be back to get this watch soon. Thank you to Cara, Crystalyn, and Keith for helping me with this today.
