I hired them to service my woodturning stove. This place is incredibly hard to get a hold of after you book your service. Also they were 4 hours late for their appt! On a weekday when I had to come home from work. Then they didn't even touch the woodburning stove or clean it at all, they simply cleaned the chimney, they say at least, and it took 20 min and they charged $200. This place is disorganized and a complete rip off!

As a Realtor, when I recommend a company it's very important that they perform at the utmost top level of their ability. And, these folks have! Timely service, good pricing and honest. My Clients in Deer Creek Farm just used them for a Chimney cleaning. I will definitely use them again. HGTV Featured Realtor, Lynne Wright.

Do NOT use this company !! Service on my gas fireplace less then 15 min. Did not check pilot light, did not take logs out, did not wipe down unit, did not clean glass. Two other companies spent an hour for annual service. Terrible Service!!!!! Beware

Wow, I honestly did not believe these reviews but I was just treated the same way. I called a week and a half ago requesting a quote to get a blower and thermostat installed on my propane stove. I received a call the next day but then no follow up. I left another message yesterday, and again no follow up. I called this morning and the lady who answered was very rude and short with me. So, I just said that I would do business with someone else. Her response, "Good, even better," and then she hung up on me. Wow.

I highly recommend Rick for all your gas appliance needs. He is a straight forward guy who wont price gauge you. The price he quoted was the price at the end of the job. During our basement construction the contractor was in charge of hiring all the subs except for the fireplace install. Rick had come highly recommended from two friends who had used him. He had a better price then the contractor, on the install and the fireplace. He was timely and showed up when the contractor needed him to be on the job. He was helpful teaching me how the remote worked and reminded me that there were batteries in the remote itself as well as the fireplace (which would save me a service call in the future, as many home owners forget and have to pay for a service call). I have recommended Rick since and everyone has said he did a great job for them. John H. Castle Rock
