While I do agree with the other two reviewers that they should list that their specialty is large animals, I don't really think that's just cause for a 1 star review. I have used their services on several occasions for horses, including emergency visits. They are quick to respond, knowledgeable and priced well for their services.

Could improve their customer service skills. Or change what type of animals they work on online. LARGE animals only. Horses and Cattle.

Horrible People Skills Just called to ask about first puppy shots, and the answer was "we only work with large animals; horse and cattle." And simply hung up on me while I was thanking him for his time. Extremely rude for a clinic that doesn't have their limited services clearly stated online.
