Very helpful, and fast at fixing your computer and getting you back online. been taking my computers to him since 2014. Glad to have him in Fernley!

Alan was very helpful. My brand new PC was failing to boot, and after about 10 minutes of looking at it, he diagnosed the issue and I was able to have it up and running that same day. He also hooked me up with a spare PC case! For any future computer problems I may have, Alan will definitely be the first person I call.

Our computer crashed so we called Computer Rescue. My husband talked to Allen on phone...he told us to bring it over...so we did. Allen reassured us he could fix computer. ..and put programs on it to protect it. He also advised us to get external drive. He saved our pictures...did a fantastic job of taking care of our computer. I recommend him to all who wants their computer fixed correctly. He took the time to show us our new cleaning programs....and how to use external drive. We give him 5 stars!

Alan is the best computer guy my husband and I have ever had! A few years back when we were new to Fernley, we were concerned about our computer service and repair needs. What would we do as we had left behind what we thought was the best?? And then we found Alan. Alan has repaired some seriously crippled computers. He explains things in order for us non-computer speaking people to understand. He is knowledgeable, honest, dependable and responsive to all our needs. The cost of his services are fair and we do not hesitate to call him for all our computer needs.

Alan has been fixing my computer every time I messed it up for the past 15 or so years. He even built me one that is great. Alan is honest and fair. He is very intelligent and I always totally trust that my computer will be perfect. He is very reasonable in pricing and I appreciate him being there for me and fixing my computer same day. I'm thankful he is here in Fernley.
