I have a small business in Reno with only 3 computers. Alejandro came out to remove some viruses and malware, but he did so much more than that for me! He helped to make our computers faster, safer, and more functional. His service was first rate. This was first experience with on-site IT work, and I am totally satisfied.

My computer was working very slow. Took it to Credo and Michelle stopped what she was doing and checked out my computer. Did a quick fix on the only issue she found and no charge. She said take it home and check it out there, if still slow call me. It was slow and Michelle said disconnect the router, wait awhile then reconnect. Works great now, simply a first class business. Told a friend about them and he was really pleased with their service. They get all of my business.
