Can't believe there is a business that operates like this one does. I took my laptop in for repair and was told it would be a couple of days and it was. When I got it back and tried to use it was messed up pretty bad. I took it back the next morning and was told they would get right on it. Waited four days with no call. When I called was told that maybe someone would look at it soon. I guess I go to the back of the list. I picked it up and took it to someone else.

I have used DeBug Computer Inc. services several times over the past 2 years and find that Field Tech's are very knowledgeable, are able to convey what the problem is and fix it very quickly.. The most outstanding feature is their ability to instruct and teach at any level so that the problem does not occur again.. I have always found the Field Tech's very professional in their approach to instructing the proper use and that no question is too small to be addressed.. Just Thank you for a great job!!!
