Reno Computer Fix

I had trouble with both the drive that was installed in my laptop during the manufacturing process and one that was obtained as an upgrade. I arrived promptly at opening time and my hunch about a cable that connects the drive to the laptop was confirmed; the technician suggested that damage to the component may have contributed to the computer's failure in recognizing either drive. Not being charged for a diagnosis is a plus; this store's pricing structure is reasonable. An estimate of a few hours for repairs was given. I left shortly after 10 a.m. and was notified at around noon that the work had been completed. I was told that I would receive a complimentary enclosure for the hard disk drive, but it was still "naked" when I checked after returning home. That observation is unfortunate, but I'm pleased that the main issues were efficiently resolved on a Saturday, which is a time when other places are closed. My laptop now runs swiftly (just like this shop).

Amazing service. Was really fast too. Not many people I'll trust my machine to but these guys just changed my mind about computer repair stores. Super fair pricing compared to the other 4 local places I looked. Thanks again guys!

Needed to upgrade the 4G memory in an old 18" HP all-in-one. Walked in and it took about 20 minutes and I was out for about $40. Fast, quick, and cheap - others said about $100. It is working great and they are friendly and helpful

I took it in for a cracked screen and everything else was fine, got it back with a busted speaker. It took longer than they said because of miscommunication. They told me that the screen was not in stock and it would be ordered immediately. Someone there decided not to order it and tried to fit a screen on that did not fit. So it took them days to figure out they still needed to order the screen. My work suffered as a result.
