Andy did a great job. I had a drive crash on one of my laptops and the data was initially unrecoverable. I had been backing up my data religiously for the past several years and the backup had been set-up by some so-called "experts" in the Bay Area, and they had screwed it up. Anyway, Andy was able to work through the process, find a top-notch data recovery service for me, and save the day. The data recovery from the other firm was expensive, but Andy's help and service was more than reasonably priced. Plus, now he's got my backups set-up correctly, so in the event of another crash, I'll be protected. He knows his stuff. I highly recommend Andy and Mountain Computers.
