I took my non-working beloved tablet to these fine people and they replaced the battery for a more than reasonable price within an acceptable timeframe. I had already taken my tablet to 4 other places - no offense to PC Service Center, and all the other places told me I could recycle it - but that's about all they could do. I never told the PC Service Center because I had very little money and needed a miracle - I have another much older but in very good condition tablet but the older the more limitations. I do not own a television or another computer. I previously had 2 laptops for about a decade when they both brokedown within a week of each other (I had kept them both going for years) when I was also broke so I then purchased this tablet Pc Service Center just fixed used because I love all the free apps with android. It's been a great tablet but the battery started giving me problems about 6 months in and I researched it - what I found (I used to be a computer programmer 40 years ago so I do have a brain at my disposal) was I needed a new battery. One day recently the tablet refused to boot up so I made a plan to take it to someone I knew and trusted and that's his business and he works where I work - a computer genius who fixes computers for a living informed me that my tablet was toast and he really didn't like to work on tablets and no one does so I'd simply have to replace it . . . . . . . (it was like loosing a friend). That was pretty much the story where ever I took it - you know - all the normal places with big names that do that sort of work and then one place that a friend who has every kind of high end computer everything has used and recommended - they all agreed it was RIP for my Tablet. I actually used to live off Sparks Blvd, and had noticed PC Service Center (why do you notice a place or person or business in your travels) back then so when I was frustrated because no one wanted to help me and I knew they could . . . PC Service Center kept popping in my mind - I was driving from the last place I'd taken it . . . so I drove right there. Friendly nice people - great service and a willingness to do what they say they do - wow - just the miracle I needed because I'm so pleased to be reviewing them from my still beloved Tablet. Thank you PC Service Center. I knew there was a reason you came to mind. When I picked up the Tablet a very nice man seemed surprised I was SO very pleased to be picking it up - this is his business so people I'm sure pick up their technology everyday but this was monumental for me - Holly Sharp

Great staff, good selection of gently used computers and parts, and very reasonable rates. This is definitely the place to call or visit if you're having issues. Amazing customer service! Rates when I visited: In-store Diagnostics = $45 for desktops, $65 for laptops; Labor = $85 per hour. Site visits= $95 per hour. Probably the best experience one can hope for when your computer suddenly dies. I popped in just after 10am on 10/26/17 after discovering my computer charger would not connect. I had hoped it would be an easy fix, unfortunately it was not. Nat was very upfront and realistic with what the problem actually was and how long it would take to fix. He included several options with varying prices on each. The broken DC Jack on my computer is a common issue with this model (according to Nat) and his advice was to order the part and attempt to fix it with a data backup. While my computer was out of commission PC Service Center offered to rent me a loaner laptop if I needed one at very reasonable rates! I didn't need one but what a great offer. Nat called me later in the day to let me know the backup was possible but that a fix would run me over $400 which would be more than a new laptop. Again he offered multiple options including fixing the laptop (over $400), ordering the part and taking the laptop to a different repair shop with more specialized equipment, or doing a data backup and getting a new laptop. I appreciate that Nat took the time to explain the issue and possible solutions to me in very understandable terms with no pressure to choose one option over any other.

Highly recommended. Nat saves the day when others couldn't. Very affordable. BestBuy/GeekSquad was so disappointing. They only pushed a new computer from their sales. Nat just upgraded the power supply & graphics card. He explained everything & never spoke down to me. My computer runs great now without breaking the bank. Nat will be getting my business from here on out.

Nat at PC services is absolutely the best IT person I have ever had, no matter what my issues are with my computers, printers etc. he is always friendly and there to help, I would recommend PC services for all computer needs!
