Computers Plus Repair

I took my Mac book pro over there a while back and the guys did a wonderful job and fixed my water(coffee) damage and a lower price than I was expecting. It was going to be over 1000 dollars at tech medic but these guys got the job done for 250. Thank you cpr!!

Theses guys are AWSoME! I was having an issue with my EVGA GTX1080 Video card, I stopped in to talk to a technician for diagnoses. They diagnosed my issue, tested my video card and didn’t even charge! I’m pleased with their service and now my Gaming Computer is back up and running. Was a breeze, provided fast service, and my issues were resolved! Will use again their serves again.

Customer service was there, but the problem was in the handling of the customer as if he were an idiot (perhaps because I'm young, but the money I planned to use to repair my computer isn't young). I dropped a laptop 2-in-1 off to get a repair on a bad charging port. After a couple days, got the call that the computer was "basically dead" and to come pick it up. The employee said that, "after opening and inspecting the device, there's no hope for it". So we picked it up. My dad, who knows nothing about computer repair, opens the tablet to find that it had never even been opened before. The factory seal was actually still in place!! After an hour of slowly checking it over, it's fixed. It was a bad connection in the charging port. Simple. No big deal, likely just something an employee somewhere along the way didn't feel like messing with. Unfortunate, and hopefully the business gets said employee on the same page with their business plan. Overall, the company seems to take what they do seriously... this time they did not. If a project is not worth delving into, just say so. Be honest with your customers. We can handle it. If you have an employee who's saying that they're doing something that they are not, get control of them or get them out of the process that directly affects your customers. Quite frankly, we left having been lied to. Very unfortunate.

If i could give this place 10 stars I would. Just took my Macbook today and they looked at it, and fixed my computer under an hour. Saved me a fortune If i would've taken it to the Apple Store. Thanks so much guys!!

Stellar customer service. Very knowledgeable. Was able to fix harddrive issue that no one else in town could, including the Apple Store.
