The Computer Repair Place

We had an iPhone screen fixed, the phone worked perfectly just had a cracked screen. Since being fixed the touch screen doesn’t work properly and sometimes not at all forcing a hard reset to be able to use phone again. We have had them replace screen three times and still having issues. They said it wasn’t a screen problem but a hardware issue. Took phone toApple store and had it examined and it is a screen problem. There are no issues with hardware. Called store and they still maintain hardware issue even though we called them from the Apple store immediately after having it tested. They will replace your screen however many times you request it but we don’t feel the are proficient at screen replacement or use credible parts. I wouldn’t recommend for phone screen replacement. Sorry for typos tired of going back to correct bc phone touch doesn’t work properly and it tedious.

Brought my laptop in last Friday for their Spring Cleanup special. I went to pick up this morning and they hadn't even looked at it! This was my office laptop so can't leave it during the week...not even a call letting me know. Very disappointed. Horrible customer service.

This place not only didn't fix my IPhone but also didn't offer a refund for their poor work. They failed to fix my phone after two attempts in which they charge me for both. The third time I took my phone back to them. They kept it for two days then told me that they didn't attempt to fix it and pretty much i was out of luck! So just a heads up to anyone that needs their IPhone fixed probably best to look elsewhere.

I have always been treated well by the folks here and they help me out even when I have odd requests such as when I needed someone to take a photo of me to send on a job application to a RV park in TX. I live in my RV full time and they have helped me over the phones several times. I think they do great work and go above and beyond just repairing what I break.

Excellent customer service! The ONLY place I will take my computer's/phones to in town.
