Hartland Computer Repair

I've brought my pc's here for years. Finding someone who does a good, thorough job on your electronics while being affordable and extremely quick is hard to do but Steve is amazing. I won't bring our electronics to anyone else. He's a straight forward, honest guy who knows his stuff! You won't be disappointed with him or his work! I highly recommend him!!

This place was just amazing to me. I had some pretty serious problems with my hard-drive and in the end, the entire computer. I had a folder of photos of my dad that I had unfortunately not backed up. My dad was terminally ill at the time and I had been working on a slideshow project for his memorial service, compiling photos for weeks. They were able to recover and get everything back to me, so I didn’t have to redo everything. My computer did eventually give out but I was able to get the slideshow done for my dad’s service without having to go through the emotional stress of finding all of the photos again. They were very understanding and thoughtful. They even offered to buy my computer for parts since I had spent so much trying to fix it but it had ended up giving out in the end. It was very nice of them!

They were able to help me diagnose a component issue and work through two RMAs. Timely, courteous, and well priced.

Fast, reasonably priced, and they worked with me for what I wanted and needed. I was helped by Ross, and he was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend to anyone.

I recently had to replace the CPU fan on my PC, and despite my own ineptitude, I decided to do it myself. Bad decision, as afterward, my PC was pretty much dead. I messed something up, but I had no clue what. I found Hartland Computer Repair through Google and went to Steve. He was able to determine almost immediately that when I replaced the fan, I had damaged some of the pins on the CPU itself. He fixed the pins in no time and my PC was back up and running. I definitely recommend going to Steve if you have any computer problems.
