I once held this place in high esteam, but today i had some work done. Overpriced hard drive restoration that I was willing tonpay since i needed it done quick. Got laptob back suddenly the left click on my track pad wont work. Claim that its not their fault and refuse to take responsibility. Done with them.

Get everything in writing if you deal here. Took in computer for repair, told motherboard bad and agreed to up grade on phone. Cost of new motherboard with 1TB hard drive, windows 10, and 10 GB RAM in slightly used case for $550 out the door. Main thing was to have ALL data transferred from my drives to new one. I got home after paying $585, $35 more than quote, out the door, found I had 8 GB RAM and a 500 HB hard drive and maybe 20% data transferred to new drive. the data was my biggest concern. Very unhappy experience, way too expensive for what I got.
