I dropped off my computer on a wednesday called every day only to be told to call back later or they will return the call never did on monday I went back and demanded my computer back this place is not good very unprofessional go somewhere else !!! this place is a waste of time

We had a laptop we use for business that needed repair but we could not be without it for more than a day. Logan was extremely accommodating with us picking up the laptop between diagnosing it and the parts coming in to fix it. I've used another repair shop in Richmond in the past but will stick with E-systems from now on!

The owner / technician is the best. I had a small issue as it turns out but to me it was a mountain. After he spent 5 minutes with me an my laptop, presto. Back in business. I can't say enough good things about him. Thanks Brandon.

Do not take you computer here to get it fixed in a hurry. My computer's Internet protection was kicking me off the Internet. They had my computer for 5 business days and it was only because I called them half a dozen that I got it back that soon. I am now waiting outside of the business wait for them to open... sign says that they open at 8 AM and it is 9:20AM and no one is here!
