Came into Tech Medic after going to Cricket they couldn't figure it out after 30 minutes came in to see the owner Kyle he fixed it left him a tip great place come get your stuff fixed friendly no problems

I would not trust tech medic with any of my repair or electronic needs. Terrible company! In short: held computer hostage, tried to rip me off Staff was rude and talked down to me when asking them about their diagnosis of my water damaged MacBook Pro. -Especially Kyle! Very rude, exetremely hard to communicate with, didn’t answer my questions. called them and they offered a free diagnosis and estimate which I thought was nice (WRONG) after having my computer for almost two full days they called me a few hours before 5pm on Friday to tell me it would be 850-1000 minimum to fix my computer *This is where there seriously messed up and the main reason I’m leaving the review* I told them I couldn’t afford that and just ultrasonic scrub the logic board and or chemical bath for now and see if that helped (it was still partially functioning when I brought it in) They said “I know what wrong with your computer and what your asking me will not fix your problem. We do this all the time and your computer wont work at all unless these components are replaced” I even told him I had another quote for 350 to fix it but he continues with the rude, demeaning responses. Seemingly angered that I won’t knowningly over pay to have my computer fixed. I ask for the computer back and they say I can’t have it back until Monday cause they have to put it together. so they hold my computer hostage for 5 and half days causing me a massive inconvenience. Once I get it back I take it to computer plus repairs, THE HAD IT FIXED IN UNDER 48 HOURS FOR 250 dollars with a warranty for the cost of repair!! All it need was the treatment I asked for. If Techmedic could get up off their high horse and listen to the customer for once they might have gotten one star. Over all still a terrible place. Please do not go hear these guys a crooks! I wouldn’t trust them with any type of issue.

If ever needing a computer or laptop fixed. This is the place to go. Courtesy and fast and diagnose sent via text or email. Here is the kicker, if you love your technology the way I do. They were reasonable priced

Fixed my laptop within 24 hours at a reasonable price! Highly recommend!

Courteous a Nonpoint employee price is a little high for some items but that's to be expected burner phones were meant to be repaired. But other than that I recommend you stopping here instead of buying a new phone for your contract phones.
