Concord Coach Lines

Concord has always been my preferred transportation into Boston from further up north. Earlier this week I traveled with Concord and it was an exceptional experience from conversations with fellow travelers and the service provided by all, but especially Mick, the bus driver truly is outstanding. Enjoy your travels, pick up your trash, and say 'Hello!' to Mick when you see him.

Very reliable transportation. In 7+ years of riding these busses, I've only experienced a notable problem on this bus service once. I may or may not have been the cause of that problem as well. On an unrelated note, don't bring a power strip on the bus and charge all of your devices at the same time, and definately don't plug in your nᵗʰ device as the bus is on an interchange between highways. The buses fuses don't appreciate that and interchanges are awkward places for a bus to shut down and have to pull over in.

I've never been in a bus for travel. I had a nice experience. Definitely would consider this again.

Wow. Friendly station attendant in Bangor, and easy process from start to finish. They were friendly and effecient. The bus driver was mostly business because of the snowstorm Skylar, but who can blame him? We even got to our end destination on time in the middle of a snowstorm. That was great.

Been using Concord for about thirty-five trips a year for the last six years. The buses are clean, staff and drivers are friendly, and they recognize us when we show up. Parking is a bit cramped for those picking up and dropping off. Wendy's is overflow parking, and there's plenty of long-term parking behind a gate at the station. I'd never consider another coach service.
