My wife and I booked a tour. I required unexpected surgery near the date of the tour and sought a refund. Their policy is a no-refund policy but they agreed to a refund of all but $164 of a $314 trip. Not bad and quite nice. Then they went ahead and shorted me on the refund. When I called about our agreed upon refund, I was mocked and again promised the full refund. Never happened. I notified my credit card cmpany and hope for the remaining credit this way. It was not a lot of money, but they agreed and still stiffed me. Watch out. I spoke with the general manager, Rick Souls (spelling ?). We had planned on many more tours but will not use this company. Interestingly, we had already booked a second tour before my medical issue arose and will go despite this bump in the road.

I take this bus every day after school from John Bapst to Indian Island, the woman driving the bus is rude and often makes unnecessary comments on my conversation with friends. We also are only 30 min away from I.I. And it takes us easily an hour to get home. I am not taking this bus after I get a license.

I teach at Mount Desert Island High School and have contracted with Cyr many times over many years to drive long field trips for us. They are prompt, utterly reliable, buses are clean, drivers are very safe. I wish there were a rating more than 5 stars!

Driver dont call stops so i hope everyones made their trip before, were way behind on connection in bangor, and the outlets dont work...if i didnt have to push a star to review i would offer none. Almost 4 hours now on this bus and no opportunity to get food or drink...
