If I even gave one star it would be an absolute DISGRACE! The lady in charge, (whom wouldn't reveal her name...I will post if though once I obtain it) Was as unprofessional and without compassion as it comes. I was home expecting my daughter as usual today to get dropped off by the bus. The only difference was my car was in the garage due to snow last evening. (note: it was in there this am when kids were picked up and I was in driveway with them.) I was switching laundry when I thought I heard the bus engine. Also realize twice in the past week the bus driver had needed to speak to me...She sat stopped at my driveway and beeped her horn. So naturally I put shoes and coat on and went to bus. Well today... the bus just drove by!! never beeped or stopped! I was horrified that something had happened to my little girl (her older brother stayed after school) Knowing that, I was literally sick to my stomach. I called frantically to bus depot (cyr bus on ohio in bangor, maine) I started spieling off my story to the woman who answered. When I got to the part where my car was in the garage...i said "frigan garage" ..... Next thing I know...the woman cuts me off and says first of all.... you willl NOT SPEAK TO ME THAT WAY... second what's your kids name? Do we really trust a woman who can not understand minor profanity in regards to a missing child? please beware... I will be investigating this matter the fullest. That "mystery" woman will be not only unveiled ...but will be confronted in all possible legal means to an end. Thanks for reading. Hope this helps a family steer their kids away from this incompassionate place. Professionalism is NOT apparently required to work at, at least this location. Sorry to those who do their jobs to the fullest...this one gave you all a bad rep
