They are very professional. When I read comments about how they don't help, it's simply because people do not come in with the correct documentation . People should take the initiative to do research on their own on what they need or call in advance so they can do what they came to do. I have been here on several occasions for different things. I have always been treated with respect and the staff is very amicable.

This place is a joke from hell. They accepted incomplete documentation to issue a Mexican Passport that my wife provided on behalf of my son. The whole time they were doing so they were making comments about my and my son's appearance. The issued passport is a joke, it looks like something from a cereal box. Furthermore, they forced me to sign documentation that I didn't understand as well as put my fingerprints on it.

Personnel is very polite and efficient. I renewed my passport in less than 45 mins. I also registered my son as a Mexican Citizen, this process took about 2 hours. Great Job!!!

They suck period. They are suppose to help Mexicans but they make it worse ..
