They are soooo rude and unhelpful!! They don’t answer their emails, they barely answer their phone. When they do, they rush you out the phone. They cut you off when asking questions and refuse to answer the questions. I tried to ask them question I had filling out the form and they just kept saying to leave it blank because they didn’t wanna answer the question and then hung up on me. When I went to their office to submit my application and requirements, they just sent me home saying I didn’t have what I need. But then when I asked for help on what I need or what wasn’t correct they just told me to check the list, as if I haven’t already done that. They just refuse to help you and that makes it very stressful and hard to get things done because you kind of would have to figure things out yourself. Smh, just sad.

It's always super quick in and out when we use the consular services. However their hours are ridiculous, they are only ooen to the public 9am to 1pm, not sure why google says it's 9 to 5, very misleading.

Eva was extremely helpful and patient with us. We got our visas in less than 3 weeks. Best advice I can give you is have your paperwork all straight and it will go smoothly.

Their Hours of Operation are 9am to 1pm. Ignore what google shows you above.

Very friendly and helpful. Provided links to provide information I would need before arriving. Was in and out in 5 minutes! Applied for my daughters student Visa. She'll have to go back but that's only because she couldn't leave her passport to have mailed back. Needed for other travels.
