A-M-A-Z-I-N-G... That's the only word I can find to describe the great level of service and help. Specially to Mrs Ines Fernandes and Judite Rebelo. They were on top of it and help me every step of the way. Not only I got both my Passport and ID but also I got it really fast. Thank you a lot!!!

Ms. Dina Silva is really so kind and very professional. We came as a group and she was so accommodating and we were done already after 30 minutes. God bless her and the other members of the staff with her.

I left my Portuguese ID card&my passport to have hem renewed on 09/12/17 it's now 12/05/17 and where are they? Do they know what they are doing there? These workers have both American & Portuguese Holidays maybe that's why they can'T get them done,

As a frequent traveler to Europe, this is my best ever experience. Excellent service, Dina was amazing. I submitted my visa app on Monday and was delivered to my home on Friday (5 business days). Dina was promptly calling and replying to my emails correspondences. Keep up the good work Portugal
