Embassy of Nicaragua

Does anyone know how I can make a complaint against this place?

Very polite and helpful, could speak perfect English. If you had a problem with this Embassy, it was probably you, not them.

There should be negative stars. This Embassy is lazy, worthless and inconsiderate. They do not care about their own people. They are paid not to care and Mrs Sarah Gonzales seemed like she cared but choose not to do anything about it, she passes her work to someone else who also doesn't care. Mrs Yvonne is the lead consulate of the Nicaragua embassy in DC and will do nothing for you, she insist you to make the call long distant to get in touch with the embassy. She provides a false number and person. If you happen to call the Embassy in DC they will answer and dileberatly hang up on you. If you are in need of help, I'm so sorry to say this but the Embassy and the people who work in there will take your money and treat you like trash. These people should be removed instantly..... I can not emphasize how much I dislike the way they treat people. We are all people and you get paid to help, so do it........

Don't answer the phones, voice mailboxes are full and can't leave messages. So, how is anyone to attain information????
