Didn't get it why had too many bad reviews I just got my every thing done within 45 days.I've had my OCI card with visa and renunciation done in month and half without having trouble.And my mom got her passport which was expired 2 years ago she got new one(10 years validation) in around 2 weeks by mail.all I submitted the exact documents they asked me for.....Thank you Embassy staff members 🙏🙏

I agree with the people who have given bad reviews. The staff is highly rude and unhelpful. The website itself provides no detailed information about miscellaneous services. It does not state what exact documentation you have to bring in order to get the service. People takes their day off to go Indian Embassy and when they reach there, the staff will tell them that you have not brought the right documents and so they can not do anything. The website is highly unhelpful and so are the people over here. Nobody pick up the phone numbers that have been given on the website. Whenever you plan to visit Indian embassy, please keep in mind that you might have to make a second visit in order to get your work done. If possible, please write a mail beforehand to the concerned department and ask them in detail about the documents that you need to bring. Do not trust the website if you are going there for miscellaneous services and please take a print out of the reply along with you.

I wish I had no choice of putting any stars here . I had mailed my documents for attestation on May 8th 2018 along with misc application which has my personal information of phone and email. I had called 28 times and my call was answered only thrice with very rude attitude and half information given . Lady on the phone harassed me saying she would send back my documents without stamping it after retaining my documents for 20 days just for asking questions to clarify and to make sure I have not missed any documents that is stopping them from doing attestation . Finally I had to go to embassy on May 28th to get my documents attested. Very worst service inside office . Taunted us for every question we asked . A Telugu guy walks in and spoke in Telugu language with the lady in the counter and got her a chocolate and got his work done than before me . How annoying this could be for me to witness.

Hard to understand them, and very rude tone over the phone. I understand they work with people all day, but damn lighten up. I work with people all day too and you don't see me yelling at them.

I am giving 5 because i want that our indian embassy work hard for those who wants to came india visa versa . I also wanted to became an IFS and I promise when i became an IFS i gave my best and never let my country down .
