This place is so cool!!! My family and I made our own ice cream (how cool is that?!) with so many delicious add-in's to choose from. The establishment is clean, the staff very helpful and courteous, and we did not have to wait long before being seated at our tables (stations). Definitely grab a delicious meal downstairs at Burger Heaven before creating and eating your frozen, sweet creation! So much fun! The venue is decorated in a fun way as well (check out the sprinkles wallpaper as you head upstairs to the shop ☺)!

They are getting one star because my daughter enjoyed making the ice cream. They need a reservation system online to have it organized better. Paid 32.65 for just 2 people complete waste of money. The waiting area is near the bathroom 😑. Need better seating has to get up more than once to let someone behind me yea behind me . Service was bad they were having a birthday party on top of that, should have closed that day to allow the party to go on.

Very cool place. Loved the decor and the staff. Great place for parties or events. Ice cream was very delicious.

The place was chaos; but in a good way. It was super busy but the staff was amazing. I love having the opportunity to make my own icecream and be able to eat it afterwards. I recommend this place for the cool experience if you are able to get a table since they are always busy. It is really a CoolMess; but one that makes you happy so that you leave smiling after having experienced it.
