Coronation Dental Specialty Group

Oral surgeons are only in the Waterloo office a few times a week- had I known this I would have gone elsewhere. I am expected to drive to Cambridge the couple of times I have needed to go in, or wait until a day that the surgeon is back in the Waterloo office. Obviously waiting isn't ideal due to pain. The emergency on-call line is a joke. I called after hours in severe pain from extended dry socket, the on-call doctor never returned my call at all. I am continually told to drive to Cambridge if I want to see someone. If you have no complications you will love it here, the staff and surgeons are great. As soon as it is done and they have your money, all professionalism and care seems to go out the window.

The Coronation Dental Specialty Group has been fantastic. The put my nerves at ease, and made the entire procedure easy from start to finish! Dr Furst and his team could not have done a better job. Highly recommended!

Awesome experience start to finish. Dr. Furst accommodated our timing, performed the dental surgery with VERY LITTLE intrusion - no one else I have talked to has had such non-intrusive extractions with such quick recovery! No swollen cheeks! No antibiotics required! In the Waterloo location the dental assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and did not tire from my million questions - answering everything clearly. Post surgery, a 24-hour on-call dr also talked me through my questions on the long weekend!! I can't believe the amazing customer service. Highly recommend Coronation and Dr. Ian Furst. Thanks to the entire team there.

So I just booked my girlfriends 3rd appointment. The first time they called her 45 min before her appointment to let her know it was cancelled due to equipment malfunction. She went all morning with no food and watet for nothing . The next time they had to reschedule due to the fact we were 10 minutes late because of the traffic on the express way. The receptionists were rude and had no empathy. Overall it was not a pleasant experience , and I feel sorry for who ever has to have surgery here.
